Getting Care At Home

Nothing can replace in-home caregivers. However, the availability of these compassionate caregivers is limited. As a result, seniors need new solutions to make aging-in-place manageable and affordable. During your in-home assessment, an experienced coordinator will advise you on a variety of technologies available from “touchless” devices all delivered through a unique new App (which is simple for caregivers to monitor from a mobile device).

With the assistance of our Life Care Coordinators (LLC’s), comprehensive in-home assessments, care planning, guidance, and cutting-edge technology, we help enable elderly people age safely in their own homes.

 

What Is a Life Care Coordinator and How Can They Help?

Our Life Care Coordinators are licensed by NYS and have many years of aging and health care expertise. They are members of the Aging Life Care Association®, a national association of professional life care coordinators. LCCs are specially trained to:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment
  • Arrange care services and in-home technology
  • Link to community resources
  • Monitor care and troubleshoot problems
  • Assist with transitioning to home from a healthcare facility

 

LCCs are a source of ongoing support and professional advocacy, providing guidance in navigating the healthcare needs of you or your loved one.

Our team understands the many challenges and constant worry you and your loved ones encounter daily, such as:

  • Failing to recognize a possible healthcare emergency or knowing what to do
  • Knowing where to go or how to get the care services needed
